摘要:

[目的] 探讨参松养心胶囊对2型糖尿病患者窦性心律震荡(HRT)的影响。[方法] 选择伴室性早搏的2型糖尿病患者66例,随机分成2组。两组均使用胰岛素控制血糖,其中治疗组,采用参松养心胶囊口服, 两组疗程均为8周。记录24 h动态心电图,计算其震荡起始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),常规测定身高、体质量、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖、空腹血清胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素敏感性指数及体重指数,测定各组血脂水平。[结果] 对照组震荡起始明显高于治疗组(P<0.05),震荡斜率明显低于治疗组(P<0.05),两组各生化指标差异无统计学意义。[结论] 口服参松养心胶囊可以较好地用于改善2型糖尿病患者HRT状况,但这种改善与糖脂生化指标关系不明显。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on the concussion of sinus heart rate in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Methods] Sixty patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated by insulin, but in the patients of treatment group, oral Shensong Yangxin capsule was added. Their 24-hour ECGs were recorded. TO and TS were calculated accordingly, while index of glucolipid metabolism were measured before and after a 8-week course of treatment. [Results] TO was significantly higher (P<0.05) and TS significantly lower (P<0.05) in control group than in treatment group, but there were no differences in index of glucolipid metabolism. [Conclusion] Oral Shensong Yangxin capsule could improve the damaged situation of heart rate concussion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but there is no obvious correlation with biochemical indexes of glucolipid.
