浅析肾性血尿的辨治

摘要:

肾性血尿属于中医血证尿血的范畴,为本虚标实之证。由于其反复发作,隐匿性强,迁延难愈,西医无有效方法。中医药发挥其辨证治疗优势,从临床出发探讨其病因病机、辨证、治疗方药。采用补肾活血法治疗取得好的效果,并根据长期临床体会说明补虚、化瘀、祛邪在治疗中的重要性。

Abstract:

Renal hematuria belongs to the category of hematuria of traditional Chinese medicine, which is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Because of the repeated attacks with a strong concealment and refractory characteristics, Western medicine has no effective therapeutic method. The traditional Chinese medicine, having an advantage of syndrome differentiation, plays a great role in the clinic. This paper discusses the etiology and the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment prescriptions from the experiences in the clinic. Using tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation the treatment has obtained a excellent effect. According the understanding for a long period of clinic the significant role of invigorating for deficiency, removing stasis and eliminating pathogenic factor in the treatment is described.
