GC-MS法检测复方麝香注射液中挥发性成分

摘要:
[目的] 使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定麝香注射液中挥发性成分并检测其含量。[方法] 样品经HP-FFAP毛细管柱分离,以GC-MS对其挥发性成分进行定性定量。[结果] 从复方麝香注射液中鉴定出薄荷脑、龙脑、百秋里醇、麝香酮、细辛醚等5个成分,各对照品溶液浓度在一定范围内与其质谱总离子流图峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998 5;加标回收率在95.4%~103.0%,精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%.[结论] 该法简便快捷,准确可靠,可用于复方麝香注射液中挥发性成分的检测。

Abstract:
[Objective] To determine the volatile components and their contents in compound musk injection by GC-MS method. [Methods] The sample was separated with HP-FFAP capillary column and then the volatile components quantitatively was determined with GC-MS. [Results] Five components were found in compound musk injection. They were menthol, borneol, patchouli alcohol, musk ketone and asarone. There's also a good linear relationship between different thicknesses of reference solutions and their peak areas of mass spectrum TIC in a certain range. The correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9985. The recovery rates varied from 95.4% to 103.0%, while the RSDs in accuracy were all less than 4%. [Conclusion] The test method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable that can be applied for the determination of volatile components in compound musk injection.
