软肝化纤丸抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化60例临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察中药软肝化纤丸抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。[方法] 选取120例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,随机分为两组,基础保肝治疗相同,治疗组60例患者加用软肝化纤丸,对照组加服扶正化瘀胶囊,疗程均为3个月。分别于治疗前、后观察两组患者的临床症状、体征变化,测定肝硬度、肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标。[结果] 治疗后两组患者在自觉症状、肝功能恢复方面均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01);在血清肝纤维化指标及肝硬度测定方面,治疗后两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。[结论] 软肝化纤丸具有改善慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能,缓解不适症状,减轻慢性乙型肝炎血清肝纤维化指标和肝硬度的作用,治疗过程中未发现不良反应。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Ruangan Huaxian pills in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B. [Methods] Selected 120 patients of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis and randomly divided into two groups. The basic treatment was same. The 60 cases in the treatment group were given Ruanganhuaxian pills, while 60 cases in the control group were given Fuzheng Huayu capsule. The period of treatment were all 3 months. Clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed, liver fibroscan examination were done, and liver function and serum markers of hepatic fibrosis were tested before and after treatment. [Results] The indexes of hepatic functions and the subjective symptoms were improved in both groups(P<0.01); the indexes of serum hepatic fibrosis and liver fibroscan declined obviously in the treatment group after treatment, while there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than in the control group. [Conclusion] Ruangan Huaxian pills can produce good curative results and can be used safely to improve subjective symptoms, liver functions, serum hepatic fibrosis and liver fibroscan indexes.
