[目的] 观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对失血性休克手术患者微循环的影响.[方法] 选择妇科异位妊娠失血性休克需急诊手术的患者90例,将患者按随机数字表示法分为治疗组盐酸戊乙奎醚组(A组,45例)和对照组生理盐水(B组,45例),A组患者麻醉诱导前静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.06 mg/kg;B组患者麻醉诱导前静注0.9%生理盐水2 mL,余处理同A组.观察两组患者的心排指数(CI)、指端的血氧饱和度(SPO2)及动脉血氧含量(CaO2),麻醉诱导1 h后测量静脉血乳酸(VBL)含量,并记录此时的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)以及围手术中尿量.[结果] A组VBL(静脉血乳酸)含量较B组显著降低(P<0.05);A组(血氧饱和度)SPO2较B组显著提高(P<0.05);A组CI(心排指数)较B组显著增加;A组术中尿量较B组明显增多(P<0.05).[结论] 盐酸乙奎醚能明显改善失血性休克患者微循环的功能. |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on microcirculation of patients in operation for hemorrhagic shock. [Methods] Ninety patients with ectopic pregnancy in hemorrhagic shock, who needed emergency operation, were randomly divided into penehyclidine hydrochloride group (group A, 45 cases) and control group (group B, 45 cases). Patients in group A were infused intravenously penehyclidine hydrochloride, 0.06 mg/kg, before induction of anesthesia; while patients in group B were received 2 mL 0.9% saline. Finger tip blood oxygen saturation (SPO2), arterial oxygen content(CaO2) and Cardiac index(CI) were observed in all the patients. 1 h after anesthesia induction the content of venous blood lactic acid (VBL) was measured, the heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and urine volume in perioperative period were also recorded. [Results] Compared with group B, the content of VBL in group A was significantly decreased (P<0.05); SPO2 in group A was higher significantly than that in B group (P<0.05); CI in group A was increased significantly than group B;urine output in group A was significantly increased than that in group B (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Penehyclidine hydrochloride can improve the microcirculation function in patients with hemorrhagic shock. |
