| 中医理论认为,肾精亏虚是Alzheimer病(AD)的基本病机.近年来中医临床广泛应用补肾生髓法治疗AD,但对其疗效评价存在评价指标单一,缺少客观评价手段等问题.fMRI作为一种无创的成像方式,能够从血流动力学、脑白质完整性及脑内代谢物水平等不同角度评价补肾法治疗AD的疗效,并为探讨中医药治疗AD的机制提供客观的影像学依据. |

| Abstract: |
| The traditional Chinese theory of Kidney Generating Marrow considers that the basic pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is brain disfunction induced by the insufficiency of kidney essence and decreasing of kidney function. Bushen medicine has been widely used to improve symptoms and delay AD progress in clinical practice. Non-invasive brain functional MRI techniques could be used to evaluate the clinical effects of Bushen method and to investigate the mechanism of Bushen method in treating AD. |
