| [目的] 观察醒脑开窍针刺法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.[方法] 将80例已确诊的抑郁症患者随机分为针刺组50例和药物组30例,针刺组给予醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,药物组给予口服黛力新治疗,疗程为2个月,治疗后对2组的总有效率进行对比观察,并对2组痊愈和有效的病例进行2个月追访观察对复发率进行对比.[结果] 针刺组和药物组总有效率分别为80%和76.67%,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义.针刺组追访2个月复发率为22.5%,药物组复发率为39.1%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义.[结论] 醒脑开窍针刺法治疗抑郁症疗效好复发率低,尤其是远期疗效优于药物组. |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture for treatment of depression.[Methods] Eighty patients with depression were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 50 cases and drug group 30 cases.Acupuncture group was treated by Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and drug group with Deanxit for 2 months.[Results] After treatment the total effective rate of acupuncture and drug group was 80.00% and 76.67% respectively without significant difference between them,but 2 months after treatment the relapse rate of two groups were 22.5% (acupuncture group)and 39.1% (drug group)respectively with a significant difference between them.[Conclusion] It has proved that the long-time effect of acupuncture(Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy)in treating depression is obviously better than that of drug(Deanxit). |
