| Alzheimer病(AD)是引起老年痴呆的最常见原因,已成为全社会关注的热点,针刺治疗AD已取得了一定的临床疗效,但其治疗机制尚未明确.fMRI作为日趋成熟的脑功能成像手段,为研究针刺机制提供了技术支持,并能够将针刺治疗的机制及疗效客观化,为指导临床合理治疗提供依据. |

| Alzheimer disease(AD)is the most common type of dementia and has recently become the focus of research.Acupuncture has been widely used to treat AD in clinical practice.fMRI,as an noninvasive technique,has played an important role in finding brain functional abnormalities and could be used to evaluate the effect and mechanism of acupuncture treating in AD. |
