醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法] 将60例急性脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,A组采用基础治疗+常规针刺法治疗,B组采用基础治疗+醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,治疗2个疗程后比较两组间瞳孔大小、眼裂大小、眼球运动情况及综合疗效。[结果] 各组治疗后瞳孔大小、眼裂大小、眼球运动情况均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05),且在3项指标及综合疗效组间比较显示,B组较A组疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。[结论] 醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效优于常规针刺法。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of "XNKQ" acupuncture in treating oculomotor nerve paralyses. [Methods] The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The foundation treatment with the common needling method was used in group A and the foundation treatment with "XNKQ" acupuncture in group B. After two courses of treatment the papillary size, the eye fissure size, the eye movement and the comprehensive curative effect were compared between these two groups. [Results] After treatment the papillary size, the eye fissure size and the eye movement were all significantly improved compared with that of before treatment in each groups (P<0.05). The comparison of these three indexes and the comprehensive curative effect revealed that the effects in group B were improved better than that in group A (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical effect of "XNKQ" in treating oculomotor nerve paralyses after stroke was superior than that in the common needling method.
