中医学精气神辨识的现代文献研究

摘要:

[目的] 查阅现代文献,提取与精气神相关的症状条目,为编制中医健康状态精气神辨识问卷提供依据。[方法] 检索中国学术文献网络出版总库(CNKI)1991-2011年全部文献,筛选与精气神相关的文献,进行精气神症状条目的提取。[结果] 1991-2011年共检索313篇文献,剔除重复文献22篇,阅读文题和摘要排除理论或理论探讨的文献,进一步详细阅读全文共纳入文献 30 篇。精气神的症状条目按照有精、有气、有神、少精、少气、少神、无精、无气和无神九个框架进行提取。[结论] 共提取出有精、有气、有神、少精、少气、少神、无精、无气和无神9类216个症状条目,该症状提取结果可为中医健康状态精气神辨识问卷的研制提供科学依据。

Abstract:

[Objective] To Research the modern literature and extract the titles of articles correlating with symptoms of Essence, Qi and Spirit in order to provide the basis for compiling the distinguishing questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine about Essence, Qi and Spirit in health status. [Methods] The Chinese Journal Full-text database (CNKI) was searched first, then the articles about Essence, Qi and Spirit were screened. The symptoms of Essence, Qi and Spirit were extracted. [Results] From 1991 to 2011, altogether 313 articles were found. The 22 repeatedly appeared articles were eliminated and articles of theoretical study were also eliminated by reading abstracts only. Finally, 30 articles were remained after reading these text in detail. Nine framework (adequate Essence, adequate Qi, adequate Spirit, insufficient Essence, insufficient Qi, insufficient Spirit, no Essence, no Qi and no Spirit) were used for extraction. [Conclusion] The 216 Symptoms, which related to Essence, Qi and Spirit, were extracted from these articles. The results may provide a good reference in compiling the questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine about health status for distinguishment of Essence, Qi and Spirit.
