Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the characteristics of sub-health in Beijing medical undergraduates. [Methods] Epidemiological cross-sectional study method was used to investigate the incidence rate of sub-health and characteristics in Beijing undergraduate students of four medical universities through questionnaires. The incidence of sub-health was calculated according to the questionnaire contained in the "sub-health state evaluation form" and SPSS18.0 software's nonparametric test (non normal distribution) for the characteristics of sub-health. [Results] In this study, 657 questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire recovery rate was 73%. The 259 cases (39.4%) were judged as sub-health state. The scores of capacity factors in health, sub-health and diseased group were 8.801, 9.681 and 9.656 separately. The scores of body discomfort factors were 17.524, 21.869 and 20.892. The scores of sleep factors were 5.168, 7.331 and 6.661. The scores of emotional factors were 6.485, 7.924 and 7.629 and the scores of urination and defecation factors were 7.653, 9.669 and 8.886. The scores of above five factors between three groups had statistics difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The incidence rate of sub-health in these subjects is 39.4%. The incidence of sub-health has no statistical difference between Chinese and Western medicine universities or between male and female. There are body discomfort, lacking energy, abnormality of urination and defecation negative emotions, bad sleep quality in people with sub-health. |
