[目的] 探讨宁心解郁胶囊的抗抑郁作用及可能的机制。[方法] 以孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立大鼠抑郁模型,用Open-Field方法进行行为学评定,观察模型大鼠给药前后的行为学变化。[结果] 经过孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法造模后的大鼠,Open-Field行为学评定中模型组大鼠的总路程、平均速度、中央活动路程、中央活动时间、各角的活动路程和时间均较空白组有统计学差异(P<0.05).治疗后大鼠的总活动路程、平均速度、中央活动时间、中央活动路程、下边活动路程、下边活动时间、各角的活动路程和时间均较模型组有统计学差异(P<0.05),活动路程较模型组增加,活动时间较模型组增加,且以中剂量组效果显着。[结论] 宁心解郁胶囊具有抗抑郁作用,对大鼠抑郁行为有明显改善。 |

Effect of Ningxin Jieyu capsule on Open-Field behavior in rats with chronic stress depression |

[Objective] To explore the effects and the mechanisms of Ningxin Jieyu capsule in treating anti-depression. [Methods] Separate breeding with chronic unpredictable mild stress was chosen to establish the model of depression in rats. Using Open-Field method the behavior of rats was evaluated and the change of behavior of rats was observed before and after drug administration. [Results] After stress, significant differences in mean velocity, the distance of the central distance, central time, four directions of movement distance and time were demonstrated in rats of model group compared with control group(P<0.05). After drug administration, significant differences of the mentioned above parameters were also significantly different in rats of other group compared with model group(P<0.05). The distance and the time were increased compared with model group, and this effect was the most obvious in the middle dose group. [Conclusion] Ningxin Jieyu capsule has antidepressant effect, and it can significantly improve rats' depressive behavior. |
