摘要:

医案是医疗活动的客观记录，是临床一线的资料、科研原始的素材，反映了医家在诊疗过程中的思维以及独到的经验。名老中医学术经验继承人的一项重要工作，就是学习与整理名家医案，也是临证必备的基本功。文章首先强调学习医案的重要性，总结了整理医案的4个要素，并认为医案整理要反映诊疗的内在规律。为了适应科研需求，新时期的医案整理还应注意临床数据要客观、真实、全面。当然，一份好的医案还应该具有故事性，这就要求学术继承人要有一定的文学功底。总之，学术经验继承工作要从推求师意开始，进而提炼思想，最终才能形成建树。

Abstract:

Consilia is the objective record of medical activities. It's also frontline clinical information and original material of scientific research. It reflects physicians' unique experience and their thinking during diagnosis and treatment. One of the important tasks of TCM academic inheritors is to study and compile famous medical cases, which is also clinical essential basic skill. In this paper, we emphasized the importance of studying medical case at first, and then summed up the four elements of consilia compilation. We also think that consilia compilation should reflect the inherent laws of diagnosis and treatment. In order to meet research needs, nowadays, we should pay great attention to the objectivity, authenticity and comprehensiveness of consilia compilation. A good consilia should also tell vivid stories, which requires academic heirs to have literary attainments. In conclusion, academic experience inheritors should start by exploring teachers' thought, and then generalize and improve. In this way, they will make the final success.
