[目的] 观察丹参(SMB)对野百合碱(MCT)所致肺动脉高压(PAH)大鼠的保护。[方法] 将30只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、PAH组、SMB组。PAH 组和SMB组大鼠一次性项背部皮下注射野百合碱(50 mg/kg)建立PAH模型,于制模后3周SMB组开始给予腹腔注射SMB[(200 mg/(kg·d)],正常对照组不做任何处理,2周后观察大鼠肺小动脉病理改变。[结果] SMB组肺小动脉管壁中膜厚度、中膜厚度与外径的比值、管壁面积与血管总面积、管腔面积与血管总面积与PAH组、对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).[结论] 丹参能部分逆转肺血管结构重建,有效降低肺动脉高压,从而修复野百合碱诱导的肺损伤。 |

Protective effect of SMB against pulmonary arterial hypertension caused by MCT in rats |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the protective effects of SMB in rats with pulmonary arterial hypertension caused by MCT. [Methods] Thirty male rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group, PAH group, SMB group. The rats in PAH group and SMB group were injected with a single subcutaneous MCT(50 mg/kg)respectively to induce the models of vascular remodeling of pulmonary artery. The rats in these 3 groups were fed in the same condition. After 3 weeks, SMB group was injected with SMB[200 mg/(kg·d)] intraperitoneally. Nothing was given in normal control group. The microstructure changes of small arterial were determined and observed two weeks later. [Results] MT,MT%,MA% and VA% of pulmonary arterial in SMB group were compared with those of pulmonary arterial in PAH group and control group respectively,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] To some degree, SMB can reverse the progression of the pulmonary arteries remodeling, decrease effectively PAH, then repair the monocrotaline damaged lung. |
