[目的] 探讨红花黄色素注射液辅助治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。[方法] 回顾性分析70例胸部计算机断层扫描(CT)提示实变影且规范治疗有效的患者,根据是否应用红花黄色素注射液分为治疗组与常规组,比较两组患者治疗2周后的实变影完全吸收比率以及发热时间和静脉抗生素使用时间。[结果] 治疗组2周后实变影完全吸收比率为84.2%,常规组为53.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发热时间及平均静脉应用抗生素时间比较,治疗组均小于常规组(P<0.05).[结论] 应用红花黄色素注射液辅助治疗胸部CT提示实变影患者可获益,对于胸部CT实变影吸收有促进作用。 |

[Objective] To explore the auxiliary therapeutic effect of safflower yellow injection in treating community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). [Methods] Retrospective analysis of 70 cases of patients suffered from CAP with chest CT-suggested consolidation shadows and received effectively standard treatment were enrolled into this study. Patients were divided into treatment group and the general group according to whether safflower yellow injection was used or not. Two weeks later, the completely absorbed ratio of the consolidation shadows, fever-time and the time of intravenous antibiotics administration of the two groups were compared. [Results] After 2 weeks the completely absorbed ratio of the consolidation shadow in treatment group was 84.2% and the general group was 53.1%. The difference between these two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05);when comparing the heating time and the average time of intravenous antibiotics, it was found that the treatment group were shorter than that in conventional group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Patients suffered from CAP with chest CT consolidation shadows can be benefited from the use of the safflower yellow injection and the safflower yellow injection can be helped for the absorption of chest CT-suggested consolidation shadows. |
