伸筋易骨法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察伸筋易骨法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效，检测伸筋易骨法对膝关节周围软组织的调节作用，为膝关节骨性关节炎提供一种安全、有效的治疗方法。[方法] 将100例膝关节骨关节病患者随机分成2组，每组各50例，治疗组采用以五体辨证为特点的“伸筋易骨法”治疗，对照组予传统推拿手法治疗。[结果] 2组患者症状与功能积分比较，伸筋易骨法的疗效明显好于传统推拿（P<0.01），治疗前后2组肌肉张力比较，两组均可改善膝关节周围软组织功能（P<0.05），但治疗组效果更优（P<0.01）.[结论] 实验表明传统推拿疗法和伸筋易骨法均对膝关节骨性关节炎有一定疗效，但伸筋易骨法的效果更为明显。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenjin Yigu method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, testing the effect of Shenjin Yigu method on the soft tissue around the knee to provide a safe, effective, treatment for knee osteoarthritis. [Methods] Randomly dividing 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis into 2 groups, the control group (50 cases) with traditional massage therapy, and the experimental group (50 cases) were applied with the Shenjin Yigu method characterized with five-body syndrome differentiation, 7 days for a course of treatment and totally two courses. [Results] Comparing the point of 2 groups of patients with knee osteoarthritis, the experimental group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01). Muscle tension were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The two groups could improve the soft tissue around the knee joint function (P<0.05), but the treatment group was better (P<0.01).[Conclusion] The experiments showed that massage therapy and Shenjin Yigu method had a certain effect on the knee osteoarthritis, but the effect of Shenjin Yigu method was more obvious.
