中西医结合内服外用治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察中西医结合内服外用法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法] 62例急性痛风性关节炎的门诊患者，随机分成两组，每组31例。对照组采用安康信加新癀片口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上，同时外敷金黄膏加新癀片细粉治疗。两组均以5 d为1个疗程，观察1个疗程后临床疗效、血尿酸变化、Likert指数及视觉模拟（VAS）评分变化。[结果]治疗组31例，总有效率为96.8%，对照组31例，总有效率为74.2%.治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）.治疗组治疗后Likert指数评分及VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）.两组治疗前后血尿酸值均无明显变化（P>0.05）.[结论]中西医结合内服外用法治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有明显优势，能明显减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combine internal and external treatment of integration of Chinese and Western medicine to acute gouty arthritis. [Methods] Sixty-two patients of outpatients entered and diagnosed with acute gouty arthritis, randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in each group. The control group received the Eloricoxib tablets and Chinese patent medicine of Xinhuang tablets. The treatment group received the same tablets of the control group, while external with golden paste add powder of Xinhuang tablets. Both groups treated five days for a course of treatment, to observe the clinical effect, Likert and VAS score, BUA after one course of treatment. [Results] In the control group, the total effective rate was 74.2%;in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.8%, significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, Likert and VAS score of treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). In the two groups the BUA values were no significant change before and after treatment (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Combine internal and external treatment of integration of Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages in acute gouty arthritis, and can relieve patients' pain.
