柿叶中黄酮类成分的化学研究

摘要:
[目的] 研究柿叶乙酸乙酯部位的黄酮类成分。[方法] 应用色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。[结果] 从柿叶的乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定了6 个黄酮类化合物,分别为:染料木素,异鼠李素,槲皮素-7-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷,槲皮素,槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,芦丁。[结论] 化合物1~3 为首次从该植物中分得。

Study on chemical constituents of flavonoids frompersimmon leaves

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents of flavonoids from the ethyl acetate-extracted fraction of persimmon leaves. [Methods] Column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolated constituents. A combination of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis was used to identify the structures of constituents. [Results] Six compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as genistein, isorhamnetin, Quercetin-7-O-β-D-rhamnoside, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, rutin. [Conclusion] Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated from persimmon leaves for the first time.
