摘要:

下法是用具有泻下或润下作用的药物使患者发生泻下而达到治疗里热证目的一种方法，它既是一种对人体的保护作用，又是一种治疗措施。下法的应用始于《内经》，后为汉代医家张仲景广泛应用。其后，历代不断发展、完善。有著名的寒下方剂三承气汤，指出了寒下的适应证和禁忌证；又将寒下法与化瘀、清热法配合应用；还将寒下法与补法合用，治里实兼阴亏者等。

Abstract:

The purgative therapy is a treatment method using medicine having purgatives effect to run the patients into diarrhea. It is not only a protective action, but also a therapeutic method. The use of purgative method has begun from Internal Classic of Medicine and wildly used by ZHANG Zhong-jing, a famous ancient doctor in Han dynasty. Later, it has been developed and improved continuously. The Sanchengqitang, the famous prescription of cold purgative therapy developed. The indication and contraindication of this purgative therapy has also been suggested. Furthermore, the use of it has been combined with stasis-removing and heat clearing-away method. The using of cold purgative therapy has also been with reinforcement method, treating patients with interior excess and Yin deficiency.
