| 肝硬化是一种肝脏慢性、进行性、弥漫性的病变，是许多慢性肝脏疾病的晚期阶段，属于肝脏实体性疾病。从中医理论上讲，它存在“肝藏血主疏泄”功能的异常。通过简要回顾中医基础理论教材中对肝的生理、病理特点的描述及在肝脏实体解剖、生理功能影响下的关于“肝藏血”功能理论的认识，初步探讨中医治疗肝硬化应当注重肝阴血之补益的思想。 |

| Liver cirrhosis is a chronic, progressive, diffuse disease of the liver. It is a late stage of many chronic liver diseases and belongs to liver organ disease according to Western medicine. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it results from abnormal function of "the liver storing the blood and governing the free flow of Qi."This paper has reviewed the physiology and pathology of liver in TCM, and the theory of "the liver storing blood" demonstrated by Western medicine. We has explored the perspective of treating cir-rhosis with traditional Chinese medicine by nourishing liver Yin and blood. |
