糖肾康胶囊对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期尿微量白蛋白的影响

摘要:

[目的] 观察糖肾康胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的临床疗效及对尿微量白蛋白、血脂的影响。[方法] 将糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组予现代医学常规治疗，降糖、降压。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，予中药糖肾康胶囊口服。6周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。观察2组患者的尿微量白蛋白、血胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标的情况。[结果] 治疗组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白及血胆固醇、甘油三酯分别比较，均有显着下降（P<0.05），且明显优于对照组（P<0.05）.[结论] 糖肾康胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的临床疗效肯定，其能够改善患者血液循环，减少尿微量白蛋白的排出，表明糖肾康胶囊对尿微量白蛋白影响显着，对糖尿病肾病早期治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tangshenkang (hypoglycemic treating in patients with diabetic nephropathy) capsule on urine microabluminand blood fat in patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period. [Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment of modern medicine, including treatment with medicines for decreasing blood sugar and blood pressure. The treatment group was treated by oral Tangshenkang capsule on the basis of the treatment used in the control group. Six weeks is 1 treatment course. Two courses later the therapeutic effect was observed. The urine microablumin, blood cholesterol and triglyceride index and so on in two groups were observed. [Results] In the treatment group, the urine microablumin and blood cholesterol, triglycerides were significantly decreased respectively before and after treatment(P<0.05) and obviously better than that in control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Tangshenkang capsule on diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period is sure. It can improve blood circulation, and reduce the excretion of urine microablumin. It suggests that Tangshenkang capsule has significant effects on urine microablumin and has important significance for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
