| 陈宝贵教授针对脾胃病病因病机的多样性及兼夹症的多变性和复杂性,提出了重建脾胃生理功能的学术思想,临证中善用柴胡疏肝散,调整贲门、幽门的协调运动;巧用半夏泻心汤,调整脾胃系统的酸碱平衡;利用化瘀散结法,调整脾胃系统物质的分泌规律,从而对脾胃病的诊治提供了有效可行的思路及方法。 |

| Professor Chen Bao-gui become doctor for nearly 50 years, in view of the spleen and stomach disease etiology and pathogenesis of diversity and variability and complexity of clamp, puts forward the reconstruction of spleen and stomach physiology function of academic ideas, make the best use of radix bupleuri liver powder, adjust the cardia, pylorus coordinated movement; skillfully use this decoction soup heart, adjust acid-base balance of spleen and stomach system; using the method of blood fights, adjust the secretion of spleen and stomach system substances, which provide the effective diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach disease is feasible ideas and methods. |
