盆炎灌肠方对子宫内膜细胞炎症模型抗炎作用的实验研究

摘要:
[目的] 研究盆炎灌肠方对子宫内膜细胞炎症模型的抗炎作用。[方法] 运用细菌脂多糖(LPS)诱导人子宫内膜细胞制作炎症模型,分为3组,正常对照组、炎症模型组、实验组,培养72 h,检测各组细胞因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的浓度和细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA表达及核转录因子p65(NF-κB p65)蛋白表达。[结果] 盆炎灌肠方可显著降低炎症模型组炎症细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α的分泌及其mRNA的表达,明显抑制炎症模型组细胞核中NF-κB p65蛋白表达水平。[结论] 盆炎灌肠方对子宫内膜细胞炎症模型具有明显的抗炎作用,且此作用可能与NF-κB 途径相关。

Experimental study on anti-inflammatory effects of enema prescription for pelvic inflammatory disease in inflammatory model of endometrium cell

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the anti-inflammatory effects of enema prescription for pelvic inflammatory disease in an inflammatory model of endometrium cell. [Methods] The model of inflammatory endometrium cell was established by inducing endometrium cell with lipopoly-sacharide. They were randomly divided into three groups: normal cell control, inflammatory model and experimental group. After culture for 72 hours, the concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α, their expression of mRNA and the protein expression of NF-κB p65 were detected. [Results] The enema prescription for pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively inhibit the secretion of IL-1β, TNF-α and the expression of their mRNA in the model group. It can also effectively inhibit the expression level of NF-κB p65 in the cellular nucleus of model group. [Conclusion] The enema prescription of pelvic inflammation has obviously anti-inflammatory effect in the model of pelvic inflammatory disease and it may be related to NF-κB pathway.
