高效液相色谱法测定养血生发胶囊中羌活醇和异欧前胡素的含量

摘要:

[目的] 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定养血生发胶囊中羌活醇和异欧前胡素的含量测定方法。[方法] 色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(45:55),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:310 nm,柱温:25 ℃。[结果] 羌活醇和异欧前胡素分别在0.204~1.224 μg(r=0.999 7)和0.103~0.616 μｇ(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.24%(RSD=0.74%)和99.86%(RSD=1.36%)。[结论] 该方法简便易行、重复性好,可用于养血生发胶囊中羌活醇和异欧前胡素的质量控制。

Abstract:

[Objective] To establish the method for determining notopterol and isoimperatorin in Yangxue Shengfa capsules. [Methods] Chromatography column: Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C₁₈ was used; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (45:55); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 310 nm; the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. [Results] The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0.204~1.224 μg(r=0.999 7) for notopterol and 0.103~0.616 μg(r=0.999 8) for isoimperatorin. The average recoveries of notopterol and isoimperatorin were 99.24%(RSD=0.74%) and 99.86%(RSD=1.36%). [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and specific for the quality control of Yangxue Shengfa capsules.
