| 摘要: |
| 名医冉雪峰在治疗心脑血管疾病时常用白薇,但这一独特经验的继承者不多.分析出现这种情况的成因,指出冉雪峰用药不拘泥于传统,但未能在理论上有所发展;提倡向名医的用药风格学习,避免对药物形成"功能固着"的思维定势.同时,依据近年来中医治疗心脑血管疾病时加用清热解毒药提来提高疗效的探索,对白薇在心脑血管病中的作用机制提出了初步的猜想. |

| RAN Xue-feng, a famous doctor of TCM, commonly preferred to use Cynanchum atratum Bgec. in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. It is a great pity that the successor of the experience is seldom. The author has analyzed why it is neglected and put forward own preliminary analysis about the mechanism. |
