| 摘要: |
| 血栓形成是导致心肌梗死、脑栓塞等严重威胁人类生命健康的一项重要原因.而血栓相关机制的研究、血栓性疾病的治疗、溶栓性药物的研制和开发, 都需要有一个可靠的动物模型来支持.国内外学者对建立适合诊断与治疗的血栓模型进行了大量的探索.血栓模型有助于对血栓形成与发展的理解,以及建立预防和治疗血栓形成的药物评价新方法,从而预防和治疗血栓形成.本文归纳了三氯化铁,结扎,狭窄,电解,光化学血栓模型,对它们的优缺点作一比较并总结了活血化瘀类中药在血栓性疾病中的防治作用.通过对目前动态血栓观测技术的查阅,将该技术应用于中药对血栓性疾病的防治中,将能更好的促进中药的现代化. |

| Thrombosis is a major cause or disease leading to myocardial infarction, cerebral embolism and other serious which threats to human life and health. The mechanisms of thrombosis, treatment of thrombotic diseases, thrombolytic drug research and development, all need a reliable animal model to support. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on establishing a model for the diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis. Thrombosis rat model helps us to understand the formation and development of thrombosis, as well as the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in drug evaluation of new methods that prevent and treat thrombosis. We summarize the ferric chloride model, ligation model, narrow model, electrolytic models, photochemical models, and a comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. |
