| [目的] 了解国内脂质组学研究现状。[方法] 收集中国2003 年至今的脂质组学文献,并运用NoteEx-press3.0、Bicomb2.0 和SPSS19.0 软件进行文献计量学分析。[结果] 共检出有效文献74 篇。脂质组学研究的年发文量呈上升趋势,基本形成核心作者群体,天津大学,中国科学院,北京协和医学院分别为发文量前三位的研究机构,通过对18 个高频关键词的分析,得到5 个热点主题方向。[结论] 国内脂质组学研究尚处于初始阶段,炎症相关的脂质组学研究有待进一步深入。 |

| The bibliometric manalysis of lipidomics research in China |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] Literature domestic lipidomics were analyzed to understand the status of research lipidomics. [Methods] We col-lected since 2003 lipidomics literature, and used NoteExpress3.0, Bicomb2.0 and SPSS19.0 software for bibliometric analysis. [Results] A total of 74 valid documents were screened out. The amount of literature published were on the rise. The top three institutions were Tianjin University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Beijing Union Medical College. Through the analysis of 18 high-frequency keywords we got 5 hot topics. [Conclusion] Domestic lipidomics research is still in its initial stage. Inflam-mation lipidomics research needs to be further deepened. |
