| 适时整复治疗腰椎间盘突出症72例多中心随机对照研究 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 比较适时整复推拿疗法、传统推拿疗法与西医保守疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法] 将225例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为适时整复组、传统推拿组和西药保守组各75例,30 d为1个疗程,分别于治疗前后及随访期(结束后6个月)观察3组患者表面肌电频率以及改良中文版Oswestry腰痛评估表(ODI)等指标的变化。[结果] 3组患者表面肌电频率以及ODI评分均较治疗前得到有效改善,适时整复组上述指标优于其他两组(P<0.01),有效率达98.6%,半年内复发率1.4%.[结论] 适时整复推拿疗法具有较好的临床疗效,可以作为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优选方案。 |

| [Objective] To compare curative effect of timely reduction massage therapy, traditional massage therapy and Western conventional conservative treatment for lumbar disc herniation. [Methods] The 225 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into timely reduction group, traditional massage group and Western medicine conservative group with 75 cases in each group, and 30 days were 1 treatment course, to observe the change of surface eletromyography (EMG) frequency and low back pain assessment scale (ODI) and other indicators respectively before and after the treatment and follow-up period (6 months after the end of the three groups were observed). [Results] The patients in the three groups of surface EMG frequency and ODI scores were improved effectively, and these indicators in timely reduction were better than the other two groups (P<0.01). The effective rate was 98.6%, the relapse rate within six months was 1.4% . [Conclusion] Timely reduction massage therapy has good clinical curative effect, can be used as the preferred embodiment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. |
