明晰《外台秘要》对心病的认识,揭示当时医家对心病的研究成果。通过对《外台秘要》所记载的心病相关资料进行整理研究,从心病病种、分类和病因病机等方面进行归纳总结。《外台秘要》成书时期医家已认识到的心病病种至少有11种,且对常见病种认识与现代不尽相同;对具体心病病种多按病因、症状等来分类,对病因病机则认为气血阴阳不足为本,风、寒、痰、热侵袭常加重或引发心病,且与他脏病传变、情志内伤和药食过量亦密切相关。《外台秘要》对心病论述较全面,当时医家对心病研究亦较完善,为心病的深入研究提供了丰富的资料。 |

To clear the understanding of heart disease in Medical Secrets of an Official and reveal the physicians' research achievements about heart disease at that time. Through the research on the related materials of heart disease in Medical Secrets of an Official, we made a conclusion from the classification, etiology and pathogenesis of heart disease. More than eleven types of heart disease, including four special ones, had been recognized by the physicians in the period when the Medical Secrets of an Official was finished. And the understanding of common types of heart disease in that time was different from that in the modern time. Beside, the types of heart disease were classified according to the etiology, symptoms and so on. Finally, when it comes to the etiology and pathogenesis, the lack of Qi and Blood as well as Yin and Yang was the primary internal facts leading to heart disease, wind, cold, phlegm, heat are other four important external facts. And the influence of the diseases of other Zang organs, internal injuries caused by emotions, excessive food and drugs may also trigger the heart disease. The records of heart disease in Medical Secrets of an Official are nearly comprehensive, and physicians' research on the disease is also nearly perfect. Furthermore, it provides rich information for the further study of heart disease. |
