Abstract: |
[Objective] To analysis clinical features with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome indicators of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with metabolic syndrome(MS). [Methods] The 91 cases of MS patients with PCOS combined use of four diagnostic categories, and clinical observation general physical and chemical indicators, including age, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure (BP), measured triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), fasting plasma glucose (FPG). [Results] In the 91 patients, the spleen phlegm 42.86%, 29.67% of phlegm and blood stasis, kidney and blood stasis syndrome 16.48%, 10.99% kidney liver permits. BP, HDL, FPG level between the syndrome group, the difference was not significant. Kidney and blood stasis syndrome TG levels compared with spleen phlegm, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Spleen phlegm comparison with other syndromes, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio was significantly increased. [Conclusion] PCOS merger between MS patients with different syndromes and general physical and chemical indicators has its inherent characteristics. |
