[目的] 探讨鳖甲煎丸对颈动脉粥样硬化的临床治疗作用。[方法] 纳入60例动脉粥样硬化的患者,常规抗血小板聚集、稳定血压、控制血糖等基础治疗上,采取随机分组研究方法,分为鳖甲煎丸微粉组30例,每次3 g,每日3次,口服;辛伐他汀钙对照组30例,每次20 mg,每晚餐后顿服。治疗3个月和6个月后,观察两组研究对象颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉血管内径及动脉粥样硬化斑块面积的变化。[结果] 经过3个月到6个月治疗后,与治疗前相比口服鳖甲煎丸治疗组与辛伐他汀治疗组同样对颈动脉IMT、颈动脉血管内径及动脉粥样硬化斑块面积有明显的改善作用(P<0.05),且随着时间的延长作用效果明显,早期治疗中鳖甲煎丸与辛伐他汀对血管内径的改变效果无统计学差异(P>0.05),后期治疗中鳖甲煎丸与辛伐他汀对粥样斑块的改变效果无统计学差异(P>0.05).[结论] 早期使用鳖甲煎丸可与辛伐他汀对减轻动脉内膜中层厚度及改善动脉血管内径有着同样明显效果,后期使用鳖甲煎丸可与辛伐他汀有同样的缩小动脉粥样硬化斑块面积及抗动脉粥样硬化作用。 |

Study on turtle carapace decoction pills in the treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis |

[Objective] To access the clinical treatment effect of the turtle carapace decotion pill in the carotid artery atherosclerosis. [Methods] The 60 carotid artery atherosclerosis patients were giving therapy with the blood glucose control, blood pressure stable and antiplatelet aggregative activity. The patients were divided into two groups by simple randomization. The patients of the turtle carapace decoction pill groups were treated by taking the pills 3 g each time and three times a day. The patients of the Simvastatin calcium capsule groups were treated by taking the capsule 20 mg each time and one time after dinner. The carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), the carotid artery diameter and the changes of the atherosclerotic plaque area of two groups were observed in 3 months and 6 months after therapy. [Results] After therapy, the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT), the carotid artery diameter and the changes atherosclerotic plaque area of two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05). In the early stage, the turtle carapace decoction pill had the same therapy effect of changing the carotid artery diameter with the simvastatin calcium (P>0.05). In the advantaged stage, the turtle carapace decoction pill had the same therapy effect of reducing the atherosclerotic plaque area with the simvastatin calcium (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with treatment of the simvastatin calcium on resistance atherosclerosis, there is the same effect of the turtle carapace decoction pill to improve the artery intima-media thickness, the arterial diameter in the early stage treatment and to reduce the atherosclerotic plaque area in the advantaged treatment. |
