血必净注射液治疗ICU重症社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要:

[目的] 观察血必净注射液治疗重症社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。[方法] 选取近两年内本院重症监护病房(ICU)收治的68例重症社区获得性肺炎的住院患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组患者均为34例,所有病例均以各自药敏实验为基础选取抗生素,给予对照组患者重症社区获得性肺炎常规治疗方法,而观察组的患者则在上述治疗方法的基础上,加用血必净注射液。[结果] 血必净观察组的临床治疗总有效率显着高于对照组, 危重患者综合评价(APACHEⅡ)评分、白细胞计数(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)以及降钙素原(PCT)等指标改善情况显着优于对照组。[结论] 血必净注射液治疗重症社区获得性肺炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia. [Methods] The selection of nearly two years of ICU in our hospital treated 68 cases of severe community acquired pneumonia in hospitalized patients, they are randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group has 34 patients, all patients are in their drug sensitivity test is selected based on given antibiotics, patients in the control group conventional treatment methods of severe community acquired pneumonia, the observation group patients except the treatment methods, the use of Xuebijing injection. [Results] The clinical treatment of Xuebijing in the total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than that in control group, APACHEII score, WBC, CRP and PCT index to improve the situation significantly better than the control group. [Conclusion] Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia has good clinical efficacy.
