网络证候学——中医证候学研究的新模式

摘要:

证候是中医辨证论治的重要环节,是当前中医药现代化研究的重点和难点,虽然应用现代科学技术开展了证候生物学基础研究,但仍然面临一些困难和局限。笔者因而提出“网络证候学”的理论概念和技术路线,将网络药理学的理论模型和分析技术引入到中医证候研究之中,为中医证候学研究构建全新的研究策略和模式。文章从中医证候学的研究现状及需求分析,网络证候学提出的背景及研究模式,网络证候学在中医痰瘀互结证研究中的应用等方面进行分析和论述。

Abstract:

Syndrome is essential to the accurate diagnosis and effective treatments in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). However, it still remains a challenge in the modernization of TCM despite of the research efforts that were put in to study the underlying biological mechanisms of TCM syndrome. Therefore we propose in this paper the concept and technical road map of network syndromology to provide a novel framework and strategy for studying TCM syndrome. We first introduced the current status and future needs of TCM syndrome research. Then we discussed the background and technical elements of network syndromology. A case study of applying network syndromology in elucidating the syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease was illustrated as an example.
