响应面法优化川党参多糖的提取工艺研究

摘要:
[目的] 采用响应面法(RSM)优化川党参中多糖的提取工艺。[方法] 在单因素实验基础上,以提取温度、提取次数、提取时间3个因素为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析各因素对响应值的影响。[结果] 多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取温度80 ℃,提取次数5次,提取时间5 h,多糖实际提取率可达22.31%。[结论] 应用响应面法优选出的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

Abstract:
[Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide in Codonopsis tangshen Oliv. using response surface methodology (RSM). [Methods] On the basis of single factor test, extracting temperature, extracting times and extracting time were selected as response factors; the yield of polysaccharide was used as response value. A three-factor-three-level experiment design was developed. RSM was employed to analyze the results of experiments. [Results] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide were as follows: extracting temperature was 80 ℃, extracting times was 5 times, and extracting time was 5 h. The yield of polysaccharide was 22.31%. [Conclusion] RSM employed in optimization of the extraction conditions is feasible.
