甘露消毒丹辅助治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎(湿热证)临床研究

摘要:

[目的] 观察甘露消毒丹联合西药基础治疗对重症支原体肺炎的疗效影响。[方法] 将符合研究方案的40例患儿, 按1:1比例随机分为试验组和对照组, 两组均按病情给予西药基础治疗, 试验组在此基础上给予甘露消毒丹(汤剂),疗程2周, 主要观察疾病疗效、退热疗效、精神状态及胃肠道功能恢复时间等指标。[结果] 试验组疾病痊愈率、完全热退时间、精神状态以及胃肠道功能恢复时间均优于对照组(P<0.05).[结论] 甘露消毒丹辅助治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎(湿热证),明显改善其临床症状, 缩短病程, 降低治疗费用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe effect of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan combined with with Western medicine basic treatment on the severe mycoplasma pneumonia. [Methods] The 40 cases conformed to the research plan, according to the 1:1 ratio were randomly divided into experimental group(given Ganlu Xiaodu Dan decoction), and control group, two groups all combined with western medicine foundation treatment, treatment course was 2 weeks, mainly to observe curative effect, antifebrile effect, mental state and recovery time of gastrointestinal function and other indicators. [Results] The disease recovery rate, total antifebrile time, mental state and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group wass better than that of control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Ganlu Xiaodu Dan can adjuvant treat children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma(dampness and heatness symdrome), significantly improve the clinical symptoms dampness and heatness symdrome, shorten the course of the disease, reduce the cost of treatment.
