Abstract: |
[Objective] Through the experiment research, we discussed the mechanism of the treatment of metabolic syndrome of the representative prescription-Dan snake decoction, which is guided by “Sanjiao (triple energizer) membrane system theory”, to reveal its significance in guiding the clinical treatment for complicated cases. [Methods] SPF, male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, high fat and sugar high salt rosiglitazone, Dan snake decoction treatment group. In addition to the normal control group, each group of rats was fed with high fat and salt. Model Building 8 weeks, drug treatment group 3 weeks, at the same time monitoring in the rat body weight, abdominal girth, fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, anesthesia abdominal aorta take blood test fasting insulin levels, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). [Results] The blood glucose, serum insulin, insulin resistance, blood pressure index of Dan snake group compared with the model group were significantly lower (P<0.05), with rosiglitazone group was no significant difference. [Conclusion] Dan snake decoction can regulate on sugar metabolism and blood pressure of metabolic syndrome rats, and relieve symptoms from multiple angles. |
