栗锦迁教授临床经验撷拾——临证妙用苓桂术甘汤

摘要:
苓桂术甘汤出自《伤寒论》,为经方苓桂剂之首,对脾阳虚弱、水气所生的心悸,眩晕,喘咳,气上冲胸,心下逆满等诸多证侯均有一定效果。栗锦迁教授在临床上广泛应用,取得了良好的临床疗效,包括胸痹、便秘和口咸等。文章选择数例典型病例阐述栗锦迁教授应用苓桂术甘汤的运用经验和理论探讨,以飨同道。

Abstract:
Linggui Zhugan decoction was from Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It had certain effect on palpitation, dizziness, cough, and other syndromes leading by the spleen Yang weakness, moisture retention. Professor LI Jin-qian widely used Linggui Zhugan decoction in clinic, and achieved good clinical effect, including chest obstruction, constipation and saltytaste etc. The author selected typical cases to explain application experience and theoretical discussion of Professor LI Jin-qian using Linggui Zhugan decoction, and shared his experience with others.
