中药“七皮饮”对银屑病样皮损大鼠模型不同组织β-内啡肽的影响

摘要:
[目的] 研究中药七皮饮对银屑病样皮损大鼠模型皮损及不同组织中β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的影响及其作用规律。[方法] 复制银屑病样皮损大鼠模型,中药七皮饮治疗,每日治疗1次,连续10 d。观察皮肤组织病理变化、测定皮损Baker组织学得分及银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)得分、放射免疫学方法检测血浆、皮损及下丘脑中β-EP含量。[结果] 中药治疗后大鼠皮损明显改善,中药组Baker组织学得分及PASI得分均明显较模型组降低(P<0.01)。与空白组比较,模型组血浆β-EP呈降低趋势,差异无统计学意义;模型组皮损β-EP升高(P<0.05);模型组下丘脑β-EP降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中药组血浆β-EP含量无明显变化;皮损处β-EP降低(P<0.01);下丘脑β-EP含量升高(P<0.01)。[结论] 中药七皮饮对银屑病样皮损大鼠模型皮损有改善作用,其治疗机制可能与降低皮损β-EP、升高下丘脑β-EP含量有关。

Effects of “Qipiyin” decoction on the contents of beta-endorphine in different tissues on the rat model with psoriasis-like lesion

Abstract:
[Objective] To study on the influence of Chinese drug Qipiyin on the rat model with psoriasis-like lesion and the contents of beta-endorphine in different tissues. [Methods] The rat model with psoriasis-like lesion were prepared, and they were treated with Chinese drug once each day. After treatment of 10 days, changes of the skin histopathology were observed, and its Baker,and scores were determined and the contents of beta-endorphine in different tissues(plasma, skin, hypothalamus) were detected with radioimmunoassay. [Results] After treatment the skin Baker,s scores were decreased in the Chinese drug group as compared with those in the model group(P<0.01). Compared as normal group, the β-EP level in plasma of the rat model with psoriasis-like lesion decreased, but its level in skin increased(P<0.05)and decreased in hypothalamus(P<0.01). After Chinese drug, there were no change in β-EP of plasma, but in skin the β-EP level were lower(P<0.01) and higher in hypothalamus(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The rat model with psoriasis-like lesion can be improved by Chinese drug. The mechanism is possibly related with the down-regulation of β-EP in skin and up-regulation of β-EP in hypothalamus.
