| 肺癌作为全身性消耗性疾病,常致患者具有各种正虚表现,接受手术治疗的患者往往正伤更甚。针对术后患者,林洪生教授临证擅以扶正培本兼解毒抗癌为主要治则,收效较佳,然其组方又与汪绮石“清金保肺”之治虚之法有所相合,故从汪氏治虚所论入手,管窥林教授遣方道理。 |

| Lung cancer, as a systemic consumption disease, can always make Qi deficient with patients, and those who suffer the operation will get more severe injury of Qi. For postoperative patients with lung cancer, Professor LIN Hong-sheng prefers the therapeutic principle of reinforcing vital Qi and resolving toxin as the main therapeutic principle, and the clinical effect is good. Meanwhile, the formula prescribed by Professor Lin Hong-sheng is approximately fit to the therapeutic principle of “clearing the gold to save lung” which proposed by WANG Qi-shi, in Qing dynasty. Here we try to study and expound the therapeutic principles used by Professor LIN Hong-sheng though aspect of WANG Qi-shi's theory. |
