自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT )是一种常见的器官特异性自身免疫疾病。目前,AIT发病机制还不明确,阻碍了新的有效治疗方法的研发,AIT动物模型的开发应用是AIT研究的重要手段。AIT的动物模型方法主要有异源性甲状腺抗原免疫法、脾细胞体外活化移植诱导法、重组促甲状腺素受体(TSHR)多肽免疫法、cDNA疫苗免疫法、高碘诱发法及自发性模型。通过对其动物模型研究进展进行讨论,旨在建立一个经济、有效的动物模型,以求进一步系统研究自身免疫甲状腺病(AITD)的发病机制及防治。 |

Autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) is a common organ-specific autoimmune diseases. Currently, AIT pathogenesis is unclear, hindering the development of new and effective treatment methods, development and application of AIT animal model is an important means of AIT research. Animal model approach AIT mainly heterologous antigens thyroid immunoassay. Transplantation of activated spleen cells in vitro, recombinant TSHR polypeptide immunoassay, cDNA Immunization to induce an immune method, high iodine-induced and spontaneous models. Discuss research progress through the animal model, and it aims to establish an economic and effective animal model system in order to further study the pathogenesis of AITD and prevention. |
