国医大师张大宁教授治疗慢性肾炎的经验

摘要:

介绍了国医大师张大宁教授治疗慢性肾炎的经验。张教授认为慢性肾炎的发病机制为肾虚血瘀湿热为患,治疗应以补肾活血法为根本、清利湿热贯穿始终。文章还从张教授治疗慢性肾炎顾护中焦并强调益气升提法、自行研制系列方药、合理使用免疫抑制剂、积极消除诱发因素等几方面展开论述。

Abstract:

This article introduced the experience of great master of traditional Chinese medicine Professor ZHANG Da-ning treating chronic nephritis. Professor ZHANG Da-ning regards it as the pathogenesis of chronic nephritis that kidney weakness and stasis of blood and damp-heat in body. He advocates that we should apply the therapeutic principle of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation and driving away damp-heat. The article also introduced that Professor ZHANG Da-ning protected middle burner, used the method of Yiqi Shengti, studied a series of Chinese patent drug, used immunodepressant rationally, eliminated inducing factors actively in treating chronic nephritis.
