| 通过分析中药注射剂发生的不良反应，总结中药注射剂发生的不良反应的原因，探讨中药注射剂在临床应用中应注意的问题及合理用药，对中药注射剂的不良反应成因点评分析。引起中药注射剂不良反应的主要原因有中药注射剂制备工艺不合理、临床使用不规范、患者个体差异，注射剂配伍不当、超浓度或超剂量使用、溶剂选择不当以及超疗程使用等。针对产生中药注射剂不良反应的原因，制定有效的预防措施，对适应症、疗程、使用禁忌、注意事项和使用剂量等有关药品应用说明应认真全面掌握，这样才能有效预防和降低中药注射剂不良反应的发生。 |

| Through the analysis of the adverse reactions traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections, summarize the causes of adverse reactions, and discuss the problems that should be noticed in the clinical application of TCM injections. The adverse reactions of TCM injections were analyzed. The adverse reaction causes of TCM injections were mainly shown on unreasonable preparation technology, improper clinical application, patient individual difference, improper operation of injection compatibility, heavy concentration or over dosage, inappropriate solvent selection, and application exceeding the course of treatment, etc. For the causes of adverse reaction of TCM injections, to prevent and reduce the occurrence rate, effective prevention measures should be taken and fully understand the drug instructions on indications, treatment course, contraindications, precautions and dosage, etc. |
