摘要:

[目的] 基于中医传承辅助系统，分析阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛用药规律；[方法] 收集并整理阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛患者病历及处方，采用中医辅助传承系统中关联规则方法研究阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛用药频次及其药物组合规律，分析阎洪臣教授用药经验；[结果] 通过对整理的53个患者的134个处方分析，确定了阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛的药物频次及其关联规则；[结论] 阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛辨证准确，善用引经药、止痛药，疗效确切。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze the Professor YAN Hon-chen's medication rules on treating internal injuries headache based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system. [Methods] The patients' records and prescriptions of Professor YAN Hon-chen on treating internal injuries headache were collected and collated, and the frequency and regularity of drug combinations were researched by using the association rules of TCM inheritance support system to analyze the medication experience of Professor YAN Hon-chen. [Results] By analyzing the 134 prescriptions of 53 patients, the frequency and association rules of Professor YAN Hon-chen on treating internal injuries headache were determined. [Conclusion] Professor YAN Hon-chen's discrimination of internal injuries headache is accurate. He is adept in using messenger drugs and anodyne drugs, which are effective in the treatment.
