| 参附注射液从1987年起开始使用，至今已将近30年，其源自于《济生方》，自用于临床之后收到了良好的临床效果。现临床广泛应用于心力衰竭、缺血再灌注损伤、心律失常、休克、心肌梗死、冠心病等心血管疾病。近年来学者们对参附注射液的药理作用进行了充分地研究，发现其具有增加冠脉血流量、保护心肌、抗心律失常、抗休克、改善血液流变学等功用。本文将对参附注射液目前在心血管系统疾病领域中，临床应用及药理学研究近况进行综述和总结。 |

| Shenfu injection is used since 1987. The injection which originated from Ji Sheng Fang has been used nearly 30 years for clinic and received satisfied results. Now it is widely applied in heart failure, ischemia-reperfusion injury, arrhythmia, shock, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, scholars had fully investigated on pharmacological effects of Shenfu injection. They found that it can increase coronary blood flow, protect myocardium, antiarrhythmia, antishock and improve blood rheology. It also makes other cardiac functions better as well. This paper will review that clinical application and pharmacological research status of Shenfu injection on cardiovascular diseases at present. |
