从稳心颗粒的药理学研究进展探讨抗心律失常复方药物多靶点协同作用机制和研发未来

摘要:
稳心颗粒作为一种临床上最为常用的抗心律失常中成药,目前广泛应用于心律失常和心力衰竭的治疗。根据中医理论,稳心颗粒主要用于气阴两虚、心脉瘀阻之心动悸、脉结代,症见气短乏力,心悸不宁,头晕心烦、胸闷胸痛,脉结代或虚数。近年来稳心颗粒已开展了多年的机制研究,取得了诸多成果,本文就当前稳心颗粒抗心律失常机制研究历史展开综述,并以此为例探讨复方药物多靶点协同调控的合理性及研发前景。

An outlook on research and development of multi-target, synergistic acting anti-arrhythmia compound medicine: progress and case study of Wenxin Keli

Abstract:
Wenxin Keli (WK), a Chinese patent medicine, is known to be effective for cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, WK is suitable for treating Yin deficiency, systolic blood stasis of heart palpitations, and pulse knot generation. Symptoms refer shortness of breath, fatigue, restlessness, palpitations, dizziness, irritability, chest pain, pulse knot generation or imaginary. pharmacological investigations on WK has been on going, particularly with some of the most important findings achieved recently. In this paper, we summarize the research progress of WK pharmacology to date, focusing on cardiac electrophysiological discoveries, and discuss the rationality and need of a multi-target, coordinative regulation capability ofantiarrhythmiccompound medicine.
