| 通过整理石学敏教授医案、著作及跟师实践，总结了石学敏教授在经筋刺法方面的学术思想：1）经筋刺法内容广泛，非单一的“燔针劫刺”。2）主张治疗经筋病“疏利经筋”是关键。3）重视局部取穴。4）把“调神”与“经筋刺法”有机结合。5）治疗痿病，主张“补益经络气血，调节神机功能”为大法。6）治疗痛症，主张“疏通经络、活血止痛”为关键。 |

| The author summarizes the academic thoughts of Professor SHI Xue-min in tendons acupuncture, from the collating medical records, books of Professor SHI Xue-min and with normal practice. 1) The acupuncture with muscle region are not only "burnt needle", but more widely. 2) Advocating that "mediation tendons" is the key of the treatment of tendons disease. 3) The local acupoints were thought highly. 4) Organic combination of "regulating the spirit" and "acupuncture with muscle region". 5) Advocating "tonifying blood meridian, regulating the function of spirit" as the law of paralysis. 6) Advocating "meridians, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain" as the key of the treatment of pain. |
