| 更年期高血压为临床常见病。西医学认为该病是由于雌激素水平明显下降，性激素之间的平衡被破坏，引起下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能失调，植物神经功能紊乱，细小血管痉挛所致。多属中医"脏燥"、"眩晕"范畴，两者虽为不同疾病，但从中医学角度分析两者病机相同，应异病同治。文章将更年期高血压病因病机与"滋水涵木"理论相结合，通过分析临床病例，提出更年期高血压病机为肾阴虚不能滋养肝木，导致肝肾阴亏，肝阳偏亢，虚风内动，可用滋水涵木法治疗，疗效显著。 |

| Climacteric hypertension is a common clinical disease. Menopausal patients due to decreased estrogen levels, the balance between the sex hormones are destroyed, causing autonomic dysfunction, small vasospasm, resulting in elevated blood pressure. Climacteric hypertension is mostly belonging to "hysteria", "vertigo" in traditional Chinese clinical practice. Although the two diseases are different, from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine, the two diseases should be the same on pathogeny pathogenesis and should be treated in the same way. It can verify the Zishui Hanmu theory and curative effect of Zishui Hanmu method if we combine the theory and method through analysis of clinical cases. |
