[目的]探讨丹芪偏瘫胶囊对慢性脑缺血大鼠认知功能的影响。[方法]40只大鼠随机分为模型组,假手术组(给予羧甲基纤维素钠溶液),丹芪偏瘫胶囊给药组(43.2 mg/mL)。制备四动脉结扎大鼠缺血模型,造模后2周开始给药,给药周期为1个月。采用Morris水迷宫及疲劳仪考察各组对前脑缺血模型大鼠平衡及学习记忆能力的影响。[结果]与模型组相比,丹芪偏瘫胶囊给药组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显减少(P<0.05),在平台停留显著增高(P<0.01),穿越平台次数明显增多(P<0.01),从转棒上掉落下来的次数明显减少(P<0.01),在转棒上的最长停留时间明显增加(P<0.05)。[结论]丹芪偏瘫胶囊对四动脉结扎所致的慢性脑缺血大鼠的认知功能具有一定的改善作用。 |

[Objective] To explore the effect of Danqi Piantan capsules on cognitive function of rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.[Methods] The 40 rats were randomly divided into model group, sham operation group (given sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium solution), Danqi Piantan capsules (43.2 mg/mL). The ischemia model of four artery ligation rats was prepared, and the drug was given at 2 weeks after making the model, and the period of the drug delivery was 1 months. The effects of Morris water maze and fatigue tester on balance and learning and memory ability of rats with ischemic model of forebrain were investigated.[Results] Compared with the model group, Danqi rats escape latency were significantly reduced (P<0.05), was significantly higher in the platform (P<0.01), residence times across the platform significantly increased (P<0.01), the number of falling from the rotarod was significantly reduced (P<0.01), increased significantly in turn on the bar long residence time (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Danqi Piantan capsules can improve the cognitive function of chronic cerebral ischemia rats induced by four artery ligation. |
