| 树突状细胞（DCs）是目前已知的功能最强且唯一能激活初始型T细胞、激发初次免疫应答的抗原呈递细胞，在许多免疫系统疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥极为重要的作用。近年来，关于中药对DCs免疫功能的影响越来越受重视，调节DCs免疫活性有望成为中药治疗免疫疾病的重要靶点。文章就近几年中药对DCs免疫功能的影响进行综述。 |

| Dendritic cells (DCs) are a kind of antigen presenting cells which have been demonstrated to have significant effects including activating naive T cells and initiating primary immune response. Besides, DCs play an important role in the occurrence and progression of many immune diseases. Resent years, modulating the function of DCs is becoming a hot spot in studying the immunoregulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine on many diseases model. The author search for literature and make a review about the immunoregulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine based on DCs. |
