| 继发性癫痫又称症状性癫痫，近年来发病率逐渐上升，传统抗癫痫药治疗继发性癫痫效果有限，且不良反应较大，而运用中医中药治疗该病疗效显著。顾锡镇教授是中国著名中医脑病专家，在治疗本病方面具有多年经验与较好疗效，文章例举顾锡镇教授临证治疗继发性癫痫验案2则，并总结分享其经验，以冀为临床运用中医中药治疗该病提供思路。 |

| Secondary epilepsy is also called symptomatic epilepsy, the incidence of this disease has increased gradually in recent years. However, the efficacy of traditional antiepileptic drugs is not satisfactory, and the side effects remain challenging. By contrast, Chinese medicine has shown a better performance in treating secondary epilepsy. Doctor GU Xizhen is a famous expert in encephalopathy of Chinese medicine who has gained a lot of clinical experiences in this disease. This article recorded 2 patients with secondary epilepsy treated by Professor GU Xizhen, and summarized his experiences in order to provide ideas for clinical application of Chinese medicine in treating secondary epilepsy. |
